Urgent requirement: meat trimmer (Oklahoma)

Join our team: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Comanche County, Oklahoma. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. Your main tasks: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
