Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Ipokia, Ogun State. You will be based at a busy lift company. You should have: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate On a typical shift you will run load and overload tests with test weights; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
