We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Lanier County, Georgia. The job is at a cake shop. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
