Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat cutter in Pasco County, Florida. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. Your main tasks: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
