Join our team: we are hiring a counter butcher in Greer County, Oklahoma. You will work in a meat processing plant. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Day-to-day duties: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools 6+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
