Dough maker wanted in St. Clair County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in St. Clair County, Missouri. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day to day you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; score the top of loaves before baking. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
