CNC mill setter-operator — Adams County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Adams County, Ohio. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. Ideal candidate: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Day to day you will load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
