Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate You will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
