We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Bungudu, Zamfara State. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Day to day you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
