Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate You will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; score the top of loaves before baking; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
