Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Ross County, Ohio. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Score the top of loaves before baking At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
