Immediate opening: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Your main tasks: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
