Butcher wanted in Atlantic County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a butcher in Atlantic County, New Jersey. You will work in a supermarket meat department. You will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience.
