Powder coater — Khana

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Khana, Rivers State. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. On a typical shift you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Six days a week, one day off.
