Earthmoving equipment operator wanted in Reading

We are recruiting: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Reading, England. You will work in an open-cast quarry. Ideal candidate: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones The role involves: • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage Part-time with flexible hours.
