Vacancy available: meat cutter (Zamfara State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Maradun, Zamfara State. The job is at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Day-to-day duties: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Six days a week, one day off.
