The role involves follow up on leads over phone and WhatsApp; collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up; pitch products door to door along the assigned beat; collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues; handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints; upsell and cross-sell add-on products.
