Now hiring: we are hiring a head butcher in Trigg County, Kentucky. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Your main tasks: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Season and marinate meat on request At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
