Captain waiter wanted in Lee County

Now hiring: we are hiring a captain waiter in Lee County, Alabama. You will be based at a beach resort. The role involves punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); greet guests, seat them and present the menu; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; check back during the meal and handle special requests. Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
