Immediate opening: we are hiring a waiter in Brooks County, Texas. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. On the job you will handle: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
