Oven operator wanted in Johnson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Johnson County, Wyoming. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
