What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry The role involves dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings.
