Retail butcher — Fagge

Now hiring: we are hiring a retail butcher in Fagge, Kano State. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. On the job you will handle: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler 2+ years on the tools preferred.
