Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate You will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts.
