Great opportunity: line cook (Oyo State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Olorunsogo, Oyo State. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer ₦11,500 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
