Join our team: we are hiring a confectioner in Song, Adamawa State. On a typical shift you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; score the top of loaves before baking; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
