Horticulturist wanted in Trinity County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a horticulturist in Trinity County, California. You will be based at a landscaping company. On a typical shift you will apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades. Ideal candidate: • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
