Tower crane operator wanted in Lyon County

Now hiring: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Lyon County, Nevada. The job is on a bridge and infrastructure project. The role involves: • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports What we are looking for: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Understanding of hand and radio signals At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
