Cake decorator • Chippewa County, Michigan

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Chippewa County, Michigan. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Score the top of loaves before baking • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
