Protective coatings painter wanted in Sumter County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Sumter County, Florida. You will be based in a paint and spray workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer You should have: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience.
