Oven operator wanted in Marion County

Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Marion County, Illinois. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
