Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Mesa County, Colorado. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. The role involves cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Part-time with flexible hours.
