Commis chef — Carroll County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Carroll County, Ohio. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies The role involves: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency 1+ years on the tools preferred.
