Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Gillespie County, Texas. The job is at a busy bakery. You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; score the top of loaves before baking; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits.
