Fry cook • Borgu, Niger State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Borgu, Niger State. You will prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
