Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Your main tasks: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Full-time, day shift.
