Great opportunity: we are hiring a butcher in Walton County, Florida. On a typical shift you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift.
