Room service attendant wanted in DuPage County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a room service attendant in DuPage County, Illinois. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts On the job you will handle: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes Full-time, day shift.
