Immediate opening: cake decorator (Tennessee)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Monroe County, Tennessee. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On a typical shift you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
