Cook — Blackpool

Join our team: we are hiring a cook in Blackpool, England. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 2+ years on the tools preferred.
