Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Dhubri, Assam. The job is on the CNC turning shop floor. Day-to-day duties: • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
