Pastry baker wanted in Nafada

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Nafada, Gombe State. On the job you will handle: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Score the top of loaves before baking What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Rotating shifts.
