Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Wakulla County, Florida. The role involves decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
