Immediate opening: we are hiring a sausage maker in Warwickshire, England. The role involves run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around £2,050 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
