Vacancy available: we are hiring a heavy goods vehicle driver in Gusau, Zamfara State. You will work at a container freight yard. Requirements: • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Valid digital tachograph card The role involves: • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays Full-time, day shift.
