Immediate opening: we are hiring a groundsman in Williamson County, Texas. You will be based at a private estate garden. Requirements: • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish On a typical shift you will apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
