Bread baker wanted in Martin County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Martin County, Florida. You will work at a cake shop. On a typical shift you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Full-time with occasional weekends.
