Fine-dining server • Ezinihitte, Imo State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Ezinihitte, Imo State. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Day-to-day duties: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins 4+ years on the tools preferred. ₦850 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
