You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Day-to-day duties: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
