Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers You will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. ₦215,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
